Requirements

  • Completed university degree or professional training related to media or marketing
  • Several years of experience in media sales or as a media decision-maker in a leadership role (at least 5 years), with contacts on the agency and client side
  • Imagination, creativity, and the confidence to advocate for your own ideas and thoughts
  • Conviction that print is a valuable element for strong communication
  • Enjoyment of contact and empathy in discussions with colleagues and clients with different expectations or backgrounds

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals through meaningful measures and KPIs
  • Support and motivate colleagues, collaborate with the Sales Intelligence and Concept departments to create creative tools and exceptional products to make collaboration with iq media attractive to agencies, client companies, and prospects
  • Negotiate framework conditions with agencies to create a basis for collaboration between sales managers and planning and consulting teams
  • Establish the sales team as a true value creator, building customer relationships that allow for proactive approaches and being the first point of contact when a communication task arises on the client side
  • Engage with media agencies on an equal footing, connecting their challenges with our goals to create mutually beneficial solutions
  • Take the demands of our partner publishers seriously and align them with those of portfolio marketing
  • Collaborate closely with the Agency Sales team, dynamically adjusting activities to the needs of advertisers and agencies
