Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT field with relevant work experience
• Knowledge of M365, Active Directory, and file servers
• Support skills in Apple and Windows environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with software products and mobile devices

Responsibilities

• Handle support cases via phone, remote access, and on-site
• Manage and administer user accounts in various systems
• Distribute software and provide support for Apple and Windows clients
• Set up and provide IT devices on-site and in branch offices
• Collaborate on AI and chatbot interfaces for automated service request and incident handling
• Assist with IT rollouts and quality assurance measures
• Provide training and support to users
