Requirements

• Experience in end-user device management
• Knowledge of JAMF and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Familiarity with client environments (macOS, iOS, Windows)
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent communication skills in German

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees at the Berlin location
• Maintain and inventory hardware and software
• Document processes, solutions, and requests
