Job parameters

Requirements

  • Expertise as a (Fach)Informatiker for Systemintegration or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in managing end devices, particularly in macOS and iOS, and practical experience in Windows and the M365 environment
  • Knowledge of JAMF and Microsoft Endpoint Manager products
  • Experience in working with products from other providers and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong customer and service orientation, analytical thinking, and quick problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in German
  • Experience in working with editorial systems is an advantage
