Requirements

• Experience in client environments, particularly macOS, iOS, Windows, and M365 environment
• Knowledge of JAMF and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Familiarity with collaborative work using products from other providers and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong customer service orientation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in German
• Experience with editorial systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide support to users and serve as a point of contact for IT inquiries
• Document processes, troubleshooting solutions, and requests
• Maintain and manage hardware and software
• Assist in IT projects and support colleagues in the introduction of new software products
