Requirements

  • Fulfilled education: A completed social or economic science degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in HR development, preferably in a medium-sized company, media, or communications industry.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and expertise in the field of L&D.
  • Motivation, initiative, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft365 applications and willingness to handle administrative tasks.
  • Ideally, experience in working with works council bodies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Director Culture & Development in managing the personal development of the Handelsblatt Media Group employees.
  • Organizing and coordinating training events.
  • Providing advice to colleagues on training-related matters.
  • Identifying and analyzing training needs and developing suitable training programs.
  • Managing the personal development budget and evaluating implemented measures.
  • Maintaining the existing Learning Management System and potentially supporting the introduction of a new system in the future.
  • Organizing and supporting the analysis of the annual culture survey and leadership feedback.
  • Managing the internal mentoring program and other development programs, as well as participating in the development of new formats.
  • Promoting a learning culture through appropriate measures and offerings for colleagues from all departments.
  • Participating in various culture and change projects.
