Requirements

  • Completed technical IT education, with welcome for career changers
  • Experience in first-level support and user helpdesk
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience with mobile device management systems, preferably Jamf Pro
  • Independent and structured approach to ticket processing
  • Good knowledge of client administration, primarily macOS
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical, systematic, and independent work style
  • Strong team player with initiative
  • High flexibility and resilience

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (first and second-level support)
  • Contributing to the development of IT systems and processes
  • Working with new and changing hardware and software technologies in a modern office
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software for troubleshooting and new installations
  • Flat hierarchies in an owner-managed agency and flexible working hours
