Completed commercial training and at least one year of professional experience in a comparable position
Engaged, open-minded personality with a careful and accurate working method
Good communication skills, English proficiency, and always a smile on your face
Good knowledge of all common office programs and telephone systems
Responsible, organized, resilient, sovereign, and flexible in handling various tasks in day-to-day business
Responsibilities
General administrative support for employees
Independent handling of classic tasks at the reception, such as answering and forwarding phone calls, processing orders and invoices, preparing meeting rooms, welcoming and entertaining guests, as well as coordinating external service providers
Assistance in organizing smaller events at the location
Insight into the agency and contact with renowned clients and brands in a creative environment
Representing the agency at the reception and being the first point of contact for employees, guests, clients, and suppliers
