Requirements

  • Completed commercial education and at least two years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an agency, startup, hospitality/hotel, or similar field

Responsibilities

  • Independently handling reception tasks, such as answering and forwarding phone calls, processing orders and invoices, preparing and tidying up meeting rooms, welcoming and hosting guests, and coordinating appointments and travel arrangements
  • Organizing small events at the location or casual gatherings after work
  • Gaining insights into the agency and interacting with renowned clients and brands in a creative, digital environment
